If the Naviro Cool Inhaler isn't for you, email support@naviro.com within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full.
How it works
- Email us your order number and tell us what went wrong. No form, no photos, no restocking fee.
- On a single stick you do not need to send anything back.
- On orders of two or more sticks we may ask you to return the unopened ones, and we send you a prepaid label.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
Damaged or wrong item
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you received a flavor you did not order, send us a photo and we ship a replacement free of charge. You keep the original.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once a parcel is in transit, the 30-day guarantee above applies instead.
Exchanges
Want a different flavor? Email us within 30 days and we send the flavor you want at no extra cost on your first exchange.
