Free shipping on every US order

Shipping is free on every order to the United States, with no minimum. Orders are processed within 1 business day and typically arrive in 6 to 11 business days.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. If you cannot find it, email support@naviro.com and we resend it.

Where we ship from

Orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. Because of that, transit times are longer than a domestic same-state courier, which is why the range above is 6 to 11 business days rather than 2 to 3.

Delays

Carrier delays, customs checks and peak seasons can add a few days. If your order passes 15 business days without arriving, email us and we either resend it or refund it in full, your choice.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we reship it once at no cost.

International

We currently ship to the United States only.
